You can add products to your orders that are still in your cart and have not been paid for. We work with a shipping integration to deliver your completed orders to you as quickly as possible. Once your payment is made, a shipping code is generated, making it impossible to add to your order after this stage.
Please check your order while the courier is present. If your package is incomplete or defective: - Do not accept the delivery from the courier. - Attach a 'Damage Detection Report' to the courier. - Return the product/package to us with this report and the invoice. - Contact us through the communication channels below regarding the situation.
