If your order has not yet been shipped and you placed it with a membership, you can cancel it through your account section on our website. If you placed an order without membership, you can contact us at our support line 0531 365 28 60 or email us at [email protected]. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation through the website is not possible. In this case, we kindly ask you to follow the return process in the refund section of your account.
You can return any product you are not satisfied with for any reason within 14 business days following the delivery. You can initiate the return process through XXX Courier Company with the sender-paid option using the shipment code: xxx. It is important to send the products to be returned or exchanged in complete, undamaged, and unused condition.
There is no difference in terms of refund process whether you paid by bank transfer, cash on delivery, or credit card. Once the return process is completed and the returned product reaches us, the refund will be processed within 15 business days.
In cancellations, returns, and exchanges, if there is no defect in the product caused by the seller, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer.
